Author Guidelines

Submitted manuscripts must be original and not be under consideration for publication in other journals, books, etc. The journal will not publish more than one article of the same authorship or co-authorship within a two-year period. The journal does not accept the publication of exactly or almost the same article in two or more journals (duplication publication). Nevertheless, articles adapted from dissertations and master´´´'s theses are welcome.

The typical length of an article, including references and footnotes, is 4000-8000 words. Articles must be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 200 words. The abstracts should avoid any abbreviations and acronyms. Between three and five keywords defining the focus of the article are also required. Authors should use the following template: LINK TO TEMPLATE (soon available)

The manuscripts can be submitted in English or Spanish. For manuscripts submitted in Spanish, an English abstract, English keywords, and an English title will be provided as well. Articles in other languages are welcome after consultation with our Coordinating Editor.

Manuscripts must follow APA style (7th Edition).

Authors can suggest reviewers for papers they submit to the journal, unless a conflict of interest exists. Authors can also exclude reviewers with a brief justification. This must be done ethically.
